Urban Ground is an attempt at a model of urbanism where the figure also operates as ground.
The developments are reflected in pliant surfaces and its outcrops are reminiscent of the programmatic pressures.
The idea of Urban Ground originated at the AA_DRL_version11 under team Brown Sheep.
Since inception [Spring 2009], Urban Ground has grown to interpret CONTEXT and PROGRAM to widen its implication beyond formal outputs.

The Design Plus' competition entry for School of Planning and Architecture, New Campus, New Delhi, was one of the chosen 30 entries out of 250+ submissions to be exhibited at SPA, ITO from 1st June to 7th June '09.
